Not all scars of war are visible. In fact, it’s often not until the battle’s over and done with before it becomes clear how deep some wounds have cut.
For many service personnel, the transition from military duty to civilian life is a new type of struggle. Many of our warriors face challenges including PTSD, injuries, disabilities, and a host of other problems. And absent the regimented structure, the camaraderie, the brotherhood, it’s a struggle many returning veterans face on their own.
We are inviting veterans to join a new force. A force that ensures no veteran faces the battle at home alone. This force brings veterans together in a familiar location, the field of battle. Except this time, it’s a paintball field. Through paintball veterans can tap back into the brotherhood that gave them strength through the hostilities of war. The goal might be as simple as playing paintball, but the real objective, however, is healing and living.
